We hosted a mental health discussion as we approached the winter blues, in a pandemic, during a contentious election, and while caring for ourselves and our families. 

We were honored to welcome our panelists: Dr. Jennifer Pierre, ND, MPH, licensed Naturopathic physician; Dr. Nicole Franklin, PsyD, LP, ABPP, McLaren Flint Board Certified Health Psychologist; and Dr. Shane Dodd, Board-Certified Psychiatrist. It was an impactful evening filled with knowledge, community, social and emotional wellness.
